Ouch
Maddy fell off of our backyard swing and ended up with a bruised cheek and black eye. Poor little one, but as you can see, she still is the smiley little girl we all love ;)

So Judy my mother in law introduced me to Arnica! It is fantastic for bump and bruises. Get it at a health natural type store. The bruising and discoloration will be gone in a few days.
