I followed the recipe except for the last step, instead of drizzling Olive oil over the top, I did lemon juice and salt. Even the kids ate the soup! Yum!

Using my gifts, literally.
I received this little fun kitchen toy for Christmas this year: (well, mine wasn't pink, it was barn red, which is a perfect fit for me)

I used mine last night for my butternut squash soup. I'll have to go and take a look at your recipe!
Hey! We are back in Mesa now. We moved back right before I had the baby. We will have to get together soon. Looks like you guys have been having fun. (I love my immersion blender too:), I need to steal some of your recipes!)
