Fun Fact #47 about Heart Disease. You have the "possibility" of loosing your hair. In my case it's no longer a "possibility" it's REALITY! Boo! Common' I mean, ya, I had a birthday, but hair loss. goodnight :) Maybe I could get some cute wigs... all the options! Maybe I will get like a short curly wig for Mon, Wed and Friday and Maybe a cute black A-line for Tuesdays... well you get the point. It's not that bad, and hopefully will just stay in a few distinct areas.
It's like 3 months after you have a baby and your hair is like supermodel healthy then all the sudden it starts falling out, ya, that is the stage I am in. awesome.
On a more serious note, a girl I went to high school with, Natalie, her brother this past weekend fell and hit his head and has been in and out of brain surgeries... serious stuff, really. So please, please say a pray for Brandon, even a quick short prayer will help this totally amazing family. Here is the website to catch the updates. Thanks!
**UPDATE: Brandon passed away this morning, my prayers are with his sweet family**

It would be ideal if this hairloss were only in certain areas like, legs, pits and bikini wouldn't it? UGH! I'm not looking forward to that post-natal hairloss again...I already have weird regrowth from Finn.
Barb,
Have you heard of Nioxin shampoo? You can only get it at a salon, and it is pricey, but it works wonders. It was developed for cancer patients to help stimulate regrowth post chemo. They also have formulas to help prevent men from balding. (I've had my husband using it for years). Once I had a bad haircut and it really helped me grow it back quickly. I don't know if it will work with your particular medical condition, but it might be worth a try. :)
Becca-
BLESS YOUR HEART! I am going to go find out. Thanks friend!
