Private
I haven't had a strong desire to make my blog private. I like that my friends and family can keep up on our life's happenings, but I have to tell ya, getting "anonymous" comments makes me want to go private. What do you think? and leave me your email, just in case I do go private. thanks.

You can put up the follower function to the side so people can still get your blog posts in their feed reader.

Your anonymous comment is the EXACT same comment they left me on my recipe blog under Chocolate Chocolaty Cake.
Go private. I was getting lots of anonymous on my blog a couple of years ago. I like it :)

You can block anonymous comments.
That was a strange comment. Do what you want. I got an anonymous comment once that was strange but I did not change it. In any case, your family picture is beautiful on the top of your blog!!

I know I can change my settings so that anonymous can't leave comments, but the fact stays the same. They are still reading my blog and I don't know who they are. Just watched the movie "Taken" and I may be a tad paranoid.
Yeah I've gotten a few of those as well, but haven't made the plunge to private. I probably should too! I love sneaking in on what you're up to though ;-D You're an inspiration!

yea thats what sucks about being private... adding all the emails blah I hate that part. but just an FYI you cant see who has updated if their blog is private, at least i cant, let me know if there is a way because i seem to skip all my private friends now since it doesnt show when they update
After having our identity stolen TWICE in two years, I made my blog private. A lot of little bits of personal information can slip through in your posts and someone puts it all together and can know an awful lot about you. daveanderica@hotmail.com

I think there's more info available on FB, than on our blogs, but do whatever makes you happy. I myself, don't worry about it. Have you made your blog unsearchable from the web? Have you dialed down all the other privacy things?
You are such a good writer that I think you pull people in and they love to join you in your family.

So I found your blog a few months ago and have been following it but never left a comment (always meant too, but was using my reader and just never got over to your blog). I don't know if you remember me. We were briefly in the same ward in Kingman 5-6 years ago. I actually found your blog off of a friend's blog (MaCk Creations). I would love to continue reading your blog if you do go private. I took my blog private about 1 1/2 years ago and I haven't been sorry that I did. I would recommend it.
